Wash Day was created to support not only healthy hair, but healthy careers. We believe talented cosmetologists deserve an environment where they can learn their craft, earn a stable income, and grow within a culture that values professionalism, mentorship, and opportunity.

Our Wash Day stylists are the heart of the experience. These team members work within the salon to deliver the signature Wash Day ritual—providing cleansing, scalp treatments, blowouts, braid-downs, and other foundational services that support long-term hair health for textured hair.

Unlike traditional salon environments where stylists are expected to immediately build a full clientele, Wash Day offers a structured pathway for professionals who are building their careers. Many of our stylists join us shortly after beauty school or after relocating to a new city, where they can develop their skills while earning hourly pay, commissions, and performance-based advancement.

Our training system allows stylists to grow through clearly defined levels, mastering the techniques and philosophy behind healthy textured hair care. As they advance, they gain greater responsibility, higher earning potential, and opportunities to mentor newer team members.
